Join me and a group of mamas who all want the same thing: ease, joy and delight in their lives. The MamaFuel-Up Sessions were designed to get you back to feeling amazing.
We start gathering online on September 28th, 2019 for a daily dose of happy fuel that will help you feel less alone, more connected and joyful.
Each day for five days we'll focus on topping you up in different areas of life. We'll spend time nourishing your heart, soul, mind, body and spirit so that by the end of the five days, you'll feel more like yourself than you have in a long while. If you can make the live calls: great. If you can watch the recordings: great. Do what works for you. As long as you show up, you'll start to fill up your cup.
The MamaFuel-Up Sessions are for you if you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or fed up. Basically if you're a mama doing all the mama things and trying to be a functioning human at the same time, this is for you. All mamas are welcome. Better yet, bring a friend! It'll be even more fun.
When you sign up I'll invite you to a free Facebook group just for this Fuel-Up Session series. I'll host a call every day from 3pm-4pm CET from September 28th - October 4th, and I'll invite you to reflect and contribute in the group. You decide how often and how much you want to dive in, but you'll feel the best if you're wholeheartedly IN! It's all free and it's all for YOU!
